执法人员到达该处时，该处加工现场有3名工人正在加工轴承，且现场存有浙江某知名品牌轴承20箱。经调查核实，货值金额10000元，该处现场提供不出上述轴承的委托生产加工合同或协议，涉嫌冒用他人厂名厂址生产。执法人员依法立即责令停止违法行为，并对上述轴承进行封存。
目前，该案正在进一步调查处理中。（临清质监局）
