11月6日下午，参加全省产业项目建设现场会的黑龙江省常务副省长杜家毫、省委副书记杜宇新、副省长于莎燕一行，在哈尔滨市常务副市长姜明及省市相关部门负责人的陪同下，到呼兰利民开发区哈轴新工业园区项目现场视察、参观。哈轴集团公司董事长、总经理，中航工业哈轴总经理，哈轴制造公司总经理庞军向领导们作了汇报。简要介绍了哈轴的企业概况、历史沿革、哈轴与中航的合作情况、哈轴新工业园区的建设情况及发展前景。
