11月18日，哈轴公司第二届职工技术运动会理论考试在培训中心举行。 参加此次考试的全部是一线职工，包括八大工种、共83人进入决赛。此次技术运动会旨在提高职工的专业技能，提升职工队伍素质。通过对专业知识的考查，加深职工对本职工作的认识，提高工作技能和工作热情。公司将对各工种进入前几名的高技术人才和技术能手进行命名表彰。考试前，公司利用周六、周日两天进行了系统的培训，职工们都以饱满的精神状态参加到了此次培训考试中，考出了真实水平。
