洛阳特重轴承助力“巨无霸”油压机开始试车［图］

2010年11月26日，世界Z大的18500吨油压机、世界Z大的750吨•米锻造操作机，在中信重工公司全部安装完毕，开始进入试车阶段。据介绍，这台目前世界上Z大的油压机是中信重工公司投资39亿元的“新重机工程”的核心装备。该装备地上高度20米，地下深度7.5米，整机重4000多吨。这台“巨无霸”投用后，可使中信重工形成年产15万吨大型锻件的能力。
其中，这台“巨无霸”油压机的核心部件之一：油压机支撑轴承E8331-7P由洛阳特重公司自主研发、设计、生产，也正式进入运转阶段，和油压机一起接受着质量和性能的考验。该轴承外径达Φ3400mm，属于国内罕见的单排双列圆柱滚子、单排球组合结构。同时，LTZC E8331-7P轴承在这台世界上Z大、Z先进的“巨无霸”油压机上的应用，也充分证明了洛阳特重轴承有限公司在中国轴承领域有着雄厚的技术实力和先进的生产工艺。(洛阳特重)
