冠县质监局立即组织执法人员对该加工点进行检查。现场发现该加工点工人正在生产某品牌轴承防尘盖，没有发现成品。该加工点现场未能提供任何委托加工手续。
上述行为已违反了《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第三十条的规定，属冒用他人厂名行为。根据《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第五十三条的规定，该局依法责令该加工点停止生产，并给予行政处罚。（聊城质监局）
