10月28日，全球Z大海上风电施工平台“龙源振华3号”在江苏南通举行下水仪式，后续将按计划进行设备调试，并开展系泊试验。平台型长100.8米，宽43.2米，型深8.4米，起重能力达2000吨，为全球Z大。平台上的起重机起升高度达120米，在目前全球自升式风电安装平台中，拥有Z高的吊高高度。
